ABOUT
MY STORY
I’ve always loved fashion. Growing up as a first-generation Filipina in Southern California, I was captivated by its glamour and creativity, which led me to a two-decade career in New York as a model, magazine editor, talent agent, and publicist. I spent years shaping narratives and building brands but never questioned where our clothes came from or who made them. That changed in 2016 when a cross-country move gave me the space to reassess my purpose. I began uncovering the dark side of fashion—its exploitation of workers, environmental destruction, and profit-over-people mentality. When I saw that many of the underpaid garment workers looked like me and came from places like the Philippines, I couldn’t ignore it.
So, I pivoted. I took my marketing and PR expertise and dedicated it to brands driving real change in fashion. Now, as a San Francisco-based sustainable fashion marketer and strategist, I specialize in bridging sustainability with cultural relevance—ensuring brands not only gain visibility but also inspire lasting impact. With a proven track record in public relations, I have led campaigns that have secured top-tier media coverage across mainstream and niche markets, amplifying the voices of brands committed to responsible innovation.
At the heart of my work is the belief that fashion can—and should—be a force for good. Through strategic storytelling, media, and collaborations, I help brands shift culture, influence policy, and create real impact. Because the future of fashion depends on the stories we tell today.
P.S. When I’m not out scouring the streets for my next cool vintage purchase or sugary treats, I can be found watching the latest crime documentary or chiming in on sustainable fashion stories.
